Right now we are looking for a talented Customer Experience Agent with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
As a member of this highly growth-centred team, your primary objective at this stage of our journey will be to spread the Estrid message and build our Finnish community. In the role of Customer Experience Agent, you will be the natural and important link between Estrid and our community, including both customers and influencers in primarily Finland.
The initial work will consist of building and maintaining relationships with Estrid's existing customers, ambassadors and collaborating with our followers in various channels. To thrive in the role, we believe that you are flexible, communicative, self-sufficient and like to work in teams. You have a solution-oriented strategy and are easy to build relationships.
We are looking for a core set of behaviours that include judgement, speed and resourcefulness. You should be:
